Pocahontas - Princess of Powhatan is a hidden-object game in which you sail across the ocean leading Pocahontas to the love of her life. Throughout the game, you will visit different locations playing simple hidden-object games in which you are given a list of objects to find in the scenes. The scenes are attractive and very well created which makes the game pretty challenging. If you cannot find an object you can use the hints, which are unlimited but take some time to recharge. Also, if you get tired of a scene, you can go to the map and select another one, and return later to the one you left unfinished.
Unfortunately, there's only one mode, which is timed, and there are no penalties for incorrect clicks. The only thing that happens if you make continuous erroneous clicks is that the screen turns red and won't let you move your mouse for just a few seconds. To be honest, the game is pretty monotonous and the only variety you will find is a few mini-games. The story isn't interesting at all, specially because of the way it is told, by means of unskipabble sections of dialogues between ugly-looking characters. Also, the graphics leave a lot to be desired, specially the ones shown in the story, which are not very detailed nor attractive. Fortunately, sound effects are ok and the music is pleasant.
In short, Pocahontas - Princess of Powhatan is just another hidden-object game which doesn't have anything that make it worth trying.
